Villa Alexanthia accommodates 14
persons maximum right now on three levels: 3 bedrooms are located on the ground
floor with twin beds that can be connected to King size double beds offering
maximum accommodation flexibility.

Three of the four guests
bedrooms are located on the ground floor, all very well appointed and decorated
in different pastel colors, featuring own en-suite bathrooms, great views and
direct access to the pool terrace.
A grand staircase
from the main hall leads to the upstairs master bedrooms. The main one features
a vestiaire and an
en-suite bathroom with a Philippe Stark
design bathtub, which enjoys magnificent sea views and a private roof terrace.
The second master bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom also has access
to the roof terrace, which enjoys the same views.
A detached guests house,
with garden entrance, has its own small living room and kitchenette offering
privacy and space for two more guests. Another spacious studio with separate
entrance, living room and kitchenette is available at the basement of the
property.
