Description: Villa Phoebe is the upper right villa of four properties sharing a magnificent swimming pool with Villa Phoebe and parking entrance with the other three villas of the compound. The elegant shared pool located just few steps away from the villa, has a rather large rounded bean shape and displays on the water's edge a rare gigantic aged Saguaro. The pool area is well equipped with teak deck chairs and umbrella for guests' sunbathing and relaxation and enjoys magnificent views in a privileged wind-shelter location.

The villa has a very large veranda in front of the entrance with beautiful
views of the surrounding area and a shaded pergola for outdoor dining. The
interior is similar to villa Leto, warm colors of natural wood and bare rocks
elements give a special feel to this house. The ground floor comprises of a
large open plan kitchen with dining area, a charming living room with access to
a very suggestive guest bathroom with bare rock walls, and a master bedroom with
en-suite bathroom and private terrace with views. The other two bedrooms are
located on the upper floor, with access to a roof terrace and balcony with views
and complete privacy.
Villa Phoebe can be rented alone for small groups or
combined with any of the other 3 properties (with Artemis, or all together with
Leto, Artemis, Asteria) sharing the two pools, making it a very special holiday
for large families with children or large group of friends.
