Description: Votsalaki Resort is located in one of the most famous and beautiful beaches of Mykonos. The brand new apartment-block combines contemporary design and traditional Greek Cycladic architecture.
Votsalaki Resort consists of fully-furnished 4 studios and 6 extra studios, 6 apartments and 2 villas (2bedrooms, 1en-suite).

Room Facilities: all rooms: Every studio and apartment has extra large balcony with clear view to the sea and to stunning sunsets. All the apartments have a parking space. Most with stove with oven, washing machine...

Studios & Executive Studios: (20-25m2) can accommodate 2 adults. They consist of akk-in-one room: bedroom with two single beds or one double, open-plan kitchen and a bathroom. Also, they have air-condition, TV and washing machine. Executive studios are larger than the standard studios. They have large bathrooms with bathtubs, while the standard studios have shower tubs. Every studio has extra large balcony with clear view to the sea and to stunning sunsets. Executive studios are ideal for families/2 couples since they can be rented as one apartment with shared front door and common balcony.

Apartments: (50-60m2) can accommodate max. 4-5 people. They consist of one double bedroom, a large living room, kitchen and a bathroom. The living room comfortably accommodates 2-3 adults. Also, they have air-condition, TV and washing machine. Each apartment is different, as it is designed individually and personally by the architect of the resort. The traditional Cycladic architecture and the modern design philosophy offer a luxurious and comfortable environment. Every apartment has spacious rooms, handmade furniture and minimal decoration.

Villas: (80m2) can accommodate 4-6 people. They consist of two double bedrooms (1 ensuite) a large living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. The living room comfortably accommodates 2 adults. Also, they have air-condition, 2 TVs, washing machine and dishwasher. Each villa is different, as it is designed individually and personally by the architect of the resort.

The traditional Cycladic architecture and the modern design philosophy offer a luxurious and comfortable environment. Our villas have spacious rooms, handmade furniture and minimal decoration. Votsalaki offer clear view to the sea and to stunning sunsets from the extra large balconies of the villas and from the pool area.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS for the Votsalali Resort: read carefully before inquiring or confirming a reservation. Thank you.

-- Votsalaki Resort consists of private rental studios, apartments and villas. In order to book a studio/apartment/villa the amount is paid in total and in advance (deposit in a bank account) and it's not refundable.

--  The resident is responsible to pay the amount from water and electricity meters on the date of departure. This amount depends on the consuming  (each reading is taken on the date of arrival and on the date of departure)  and usually varies from 100 euro (for a studio) to 200-250 euro (for apartments) for 1 month.

-- Private rental involves a personal lease contract, that should be completed and signed (3copies). The contract is given to the tax department to approve it. The tenant's copy is the receipt of payment.

-- Sublease is not allowed in any case. Also, the use of the studio/apartment/villa from others than the ones who booked it is not allowed.

-- Each studio/apartment/villa can accommodate specific number of people, and it is not allowed to accommodate more than this number. The person who sings the contract is responsible for the apartment and he/she is the only one that can contact the owner. Studios for 2 people, Apartments are for 4 people max (only superior apartment K can accommodate 5 people) and villas are for 6 people.

-- There are not any hotel services (cleaning services, breakfast, etc). The studio will be cleaned on the arrival date but then each resident is responsible to keep the studio clean. A pair of clean bed-sheets and towels for2/4 or 6 (depending on the apartment type) is given. Votsalaki does not offer any transportation. Also, we are not responsible about any music or noise outside our premises. (there are some bars at the beach with music which usually can be heard).  The keys will be given  to the resident at the start date of the rental, and should be given back on the arrival day.

-- Each resident is responsible for the studio/apartment/villas during the rental period. Any damage during this period will be paid by the resident. Each resident is responsible for his/hers personal belongings during the rental period.

-- The use of the swimming pool is done with the responsibility of each resident. Also, children should not be left alone and should be under their parents observation at all times.

-- Pets are not allowed, except some cases in agreement with the owner of the apartment.

-- Each studio/apartment/villa is fully furnished and has kitchen equipment (saucepan, plates, glasses, forks,  etc). Some studios have washing machine. All the apartments and villas have washing machine.

-- Each resident should respect the others, behave decently and understand his/hers obligations as a resident of this resort, during the whole rental period. In any other case, the owner can cancel the contract and ask the resident to leave.
