overlooking a
tiny gorge and facing the sea 2 km away.

emergency lights and easy switches, the engine room and pumps are far away
from living quarters.

each with large wardrobe are sharing one bathroom with shower, w.c. and washbasin and are facing the countryside.
Fully equipped kitchen communicates with large terrace area near the pool
offers: a combined gas/electric cooker,
stove, microwave,
huge fridge with freezer, electronic dishwasher adapts to water quality,
coffeemaker for cappuccino, espresso and filter coffee, toaster,
and all needed dishes, glasses, pots & pans...
Upper level is the very
cleverly done master bedroom with a lot of light: offers large built in king
size bed, ceiling fan, shower room, w.c.,
dressing room with many closets, and 2 terraces on either side with large panoramic views.
The lower level under the pool reached from the outside offer other
contemporary amenities.
Facilities: Large veranda
covered pergola , large pool ( 8 x 4 ) surrounded by wooden deck with all
facilities for
living and dining outside (built-in benches and table for 12),
portable barbecue, private drive with parking, tennis court is shared with 2
other properties,

In lower floor: a sauna for 4 persons, fully equipped gym, shower, laundry room
with washing machine and linen closets.
