| Apanemos One (The Sailor’s House): The first level of the house features a master bedroom, small balcony with views and en-suite bathroom; also a second bedroom with bunk beds - ideal for children - an en-suite bathroom and balcony with magnificent sea views. Below the kitchen on the entrance level, a dining-sitting area is only a few steps away from the large outdoor dining terrace and shaded pergola. This area offers tranquility, stunning sea views and is only a stone-throw away from the pool. A studio beneath the house can accommodate two extra guests. | Apanemos Two (The Middle House): The all-open space dining-living room and kitchen are situated on the ground level. A front terrace with outdoor dining with superb sea views is connected to the living room, which is ideal for family entertaining. Upstairs, both master bedrooms with shared bathroom have a small balcony with grand sea views. The single bedroom has own en-suite bathroom and courtyard views. A small studio beneath the house can accommodate two extra guests. | Apanemos Three (The Landlord Retreat): Separated from the first two houses by own wooden gate, the third house features a spacious private outdoor area with oversized dining table and BBQ. The main entrance leads directly to a large living-dining room, a separate kitchen and a guest bathroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom enjoys stunning balcony sea views, own en-suite bathroom with skylight shower. The second bedroom with small balcony shares a bathroom with the third single bedroom. A guest maisonnette can host four extra guests. A small entrance sitting area leads to a corridor with guest bathroom and small kitchen.
