Located on 10 acres of splendid hillside: luxury villa resort built on different levels, in harmony with the landscape
 offering detached or semi-detached villas some with pool in a superb landscaped garden setting.
These new villas follow the traditional - famous -  "Cycladic" architectural style,  of white walls & flat roofs, enhanced by natural stone walls, arches, stone-tiled patios and verandahs, along the graded hill levels.

“ Kohilia “: a 2 floor villa of 130m2: sharing a pool:
on ground floor : living room, dining area, and open plan kitchen are separated by arches and some stone steps, twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom/WC, without balcony (safe for children)
separate WC for guests. Upper floor reached by interior staircase has 2 bedrooms ( one twin, one double) (both with private sea view balcony ) sharing one bathroom w.shower/WC.

Superb materials were used for the  stylish well-proportioned rooms: engraved marble
or stone slab floors, wooden staircases. Bedroom floors, and ceilings of natural wood beams.. The attractive  & elegant interiors feature local Greek island furniture,  exotic antique pieces and contemporary design living-areas.

  

Villa facilities: fully-equipped kitchen with stove/oven, dishwasher and other useful utensils; toaster, coffee/tea maker, hair dryer etc...;  dishwasher, telephone, colour tv, hi-fi, fireplace, heating,

General amenities: parking areas (open air),  2 small beaches at less at than 300m , bell-boy service, commonal communications room for internet & fax use, maid service twice daily with daily linen change, complementary newspapers,  helicopter pad, pool and garden maintenance, laundry service

Reached by: plane 45minutes from Athens, 3 - 4 hours by catamaran or 5 -6 hours by ferry boats.
