The villa offers 2 floors with main independent quarters on the upper level.
The ground floor offer 3 independent guesthouses/suites.
The main villa level offers a large living room stylishly furnished, wooden
floors, open fireplace, large windows
with sea-views, office corner,
dining area & contemporary open plan kitchen fully equipped with
all needed
equipment & utensils: fridge, cooker,
Guest bathroom.
The master bedroom with double bed, open fire corner, en-suite bathroom with
shower, separate closet space, opens onto the terrace.
Two superb large terraces are facing the sea with panoramic views, one on

- The largest one of 65m2 has beautiful sitting area, well equipped open
plan small kitchen corner,
dining table and under an arch a double bed.
- Next door another studio ( of 35m2) has own small separate kitchen
corner, and original twin iron beds.
- Smallest suite (30m2) is without kitchen facilities, offers double bed and
sitting corner. |

gardens with dry plants & cactuses, privacy and quiet, private garage &
parking.
