Paros is considered as one of the most beautiful islands of the Cyclades.
It is characterized by the many beaches and also the charming villages:

On the north side of the island is the bay of Naoussa , one of the prettiest Cycladic villages, with white-washed houses, narrow paved alleys,
arches and tiny chapels also offers a range of excellent beaches around its large bay and forming a safe and spacious harbour.
Paros has numerous beaches including Chrissí Aktí (Golden Beach, Greece) near Drios on the east coast,
The constant strong wind in the strait between Paros and Naxos makes it a favoured windsurfing location.
Lefkes village is in the middle of the island with many nice tavernas, and beautiful alleys.

In Parikia, the Island capital, we find a picturesque castle ruin and a broad paved avenue
leading to the Church of "Ekatodapiliani" which means the church of 100 doors, one of the most important Byzantine monuments in Greece.
In the old part of the town you will find alleys untouched from the touristic wave.
Parikía harbour is a major hub for Aegean islands ferries and catamarans.

Get in By boat.
Ferries and Highspeed catamaran services run daily from Piraeus, Rafina, many islands in the Cyclades and Heraklion in Crete.
The ferry landing is haunted by dozens of room-hawkers, and is manic. If you arrive during a high wind and/or at night,
it can all be a bit overwhelming. Better to know where you're going, and book ahead with us.

Antiparos

Antiparos is a small island in the Cyclades group, seperated from Paros by a narrow and shallow strait.
It has an area of 45 square kilometers with a 57 kilometer coastline. The capital Antiparos is on the north eastern coast,
while the other villages Kambos and Agios Georgios are in the mid-west and on the south western coast, respectively.

Antiparos is well recognised for its relaxed, authentic atmosphere. It has many beaches on all sides
and offer a nice alternative to the more crowded and hectic islands around it. Like its "parent island" Paros,
it is also know for its excellent wind conditions for wind- and kitesurfing. An area on the northern shore is a well known nude beach, though unofficial.
