Description:  The villa consists of 3 levels and has 5 bedrooms (one of which is smaller with a bunk bed), 4 bathrooms, living room with fireplace, dining table, open plan kitchen, a playroom room at the pool level with a double sofa bed and a big veranda with a pergola at the ground floor.
It has a large private pool with jacuzzi and underwater seats. There is also a second, private pergola in the vast area around the pool which is covered by marbles in earth tones. BBQ upon request. Right outside the villa there is secure, open air parking.
The villa is constructed according to the traditional myconian architecture with perfect planning, within a wonderfully designed and lush garden, prominent features of which are the white plaster, the natural rocks, the local stone, the plastered fireplaces, the built-in couches and the characteristic Cycladic arches.
The villa is fully furnished in a contemporary style, and fully equipped with all necessities and electrical appliances, including Wifi internet connection, Satelite Tv (OTE tv), dvd player, hifi, hair dryer, espresso and filter coffee machine, clothes washing machine, iron, safe, as well as fully stocked kitchen with ceramic hobs, oven and refrigerator for every day use.
The tenants are provided with beach towels for use in the pool area, as well as with luxury linen which is changed three times a week. A cleaning assistant is engaged one hour daily.
All the rooms are equipped with air-conditioning units and the lower level rooms are equipped with either ceiling or floor funs.
