Description: Villa Leto is the upper left villa of four properties sharing a magnificent swimming pool with Villa Asteria and parking entrance with the other three villas of the compound. The elegant shared pool located just few steps away from the villa, has a rather large rounded bean shape and looks directly towards the sandy beach of Agios Ioannis. The pool area is well equipped with teak deck chairs and a shaded pergola for guests' sunbathing and relaxation and enjoys magnificent views in a privileged wind-shelter location.

The villa has a predominant panoramic position and a front roof terrace, from which guests can enjoy breathtaking views. The terrace is a private space of the house equipped with few deck chairs, a small outdoor lounge and dining table. The interior is a warm mix of white and natural wood colors, with antique Greek furniture and artifacts,, featuring a very large and functional kitchen and a cozy living room with formal dining area. A double bedroom is located on the ground floor, with own bathroom, while on the upper floor two lovely guests bedrooms with antique twin beds, sharing on bathroom, both with access to a veranda and a balcony with sea views.
Villa Leto can be rented alone for small groups or combined with any of the other 3 properties (with Asteria, or all together with Artemis, Leto, Phoebe) sharing the two pools, making it a very special holiday for large families with children or large group of friends.

Cancellation policy: 21 days before arrival: no fees,20 to 15 days before arrival: 50% cost of stay
14 days before arrival till no-show or early departure: 100% cost of stay.
