Security Deposit of 1.500,00€ will be blocked/ and if no damage happen, the security deposit is full refundable within 10 days after check-out.
Children policy: Allowed.  Baby cot are offered free of charge (for children up to 2 years old).
This rental rates includes: a daily 2-hours maid service, change of towels daily of of linen twice weekly, and all utilities/charges (water, electricity, linen, towels, cleaning, pool maintenance, taxes, and assistance upon arrival at airport or harbour and transfer to the villa) 
Extra weekly packages: extra maid, in-house chef.

CANCELLATION POLICY / WAY OF PAYMENT
Deposit: 50% of total amount of reservation upon confirmation and 50% and 50% 21 days before arrival.
Low Season: 14 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fees, of the total cost of reservation will apply.
Med & High Season: 21 days prior to arrival, 50% cancellation fees, of the total cost of reservation will apply.
Non Show or early departure: in case of Non Show or Early Departure, 100% cancellation fees will apply.
