calculated per unit per night and include daily maid service, 24hrs concierge

PAYMENT
POLICY:
• At the time of booking, a 30% deposit is required in order to
secure the reservation.
• Remaining balance shall be settled up to 30 days
prior to scheduled arrival date.
PAYMENT POLICY:
• For cancellations up to
30 days prior to scheduled arrival date, the deposit is non refundable.
• For
cancellations less than 29 days prior to scheduled arrival date, early departure
or non show, the total accommodation cost will be kept as cancellation fee.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
• A Damage Deposit of 1.500€ is required for Villas 1 & 3,
and 2000 € for Villas 1 & 4.
The deposit is fully refundable 10 days post check out
given that no damage is caused to the villa.
